Road communication between Mon district of Nagaland and Longding district of Arunachal Pradesh has been snapped due to have mud slide on the only road which connects the two neighbouring districts. According to sources following heavy rain which lashed the two neighbouring states mud slide reported at ISC Road which starts from Tizit in Mon district to Londing (Arunachal Pradesh) via Shangsa, Longting, and Nokyan village.
The local council have started their work on to clearing the road so that the communication can be restored soon.The road is said to be the only lifeline road for the villagers who ply on this road.
