The state of Sikkim reported it’s first COVID death as one 68 years Covid patient of Rongli with hypertension and diabetes succumbed to virus at 2.30 am at New STNM hospital. Disposal of body will be done according to the Covid protocol.
One more suspected Covid patient expired at STNM. Disposal of body will done by Covid protocol. The new death has brought a tensions among the people of Sikkim as COVID cases are rising in high numbers in the state of Sikkim.
