West Indies cricket players to wear ‘Black Lives Matter’ logo in England tour

The West Indies cricket will wear ‘Black Lives Matter’ logo on collars of their T-Shirt in the upcoming  three- test series against England in protest against racism in sports.  West Indies Test Captain Jason Holder said that “We believe we have a duty to show solidarity and also to help raise awareness.”

The ICC-approved has approved the logo designed by Alisha Hosannah , the test series will mark the resumption of international cricket after the coronavirus-forced hiatus and the first match will get underway at the Ageas Bowl in Southampton on July 8.
