Guwahati: As many as 15 persons were severely injured in a road accident in Udalguri district of Assam.
The incident took place in Bhairabkunda area of Udalguri under the Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR).
According to reports, the ‘Maxximmo’ vehicle in which they were travelling in fell into a ditch, injuring the passengers.
Reportedly, the incident occurred when the victims were en-route Danashri river for idol immersion.
Meanwhile, the injured were immediately rushed a nearby hospital.
