Guwahati: An 18-year-old student was electrocuted on Sunday night in Howraghat, Karbi Anglong.
As per reports, the student identified as Pranjit Nath was electrocuted at his own house while he attempted to repair the inverter of his house.
Nath had tried to repair the inverter as it was malfunctioning but, on his attempt, he received a high voltage shock.
Although he was taken to a medical facility for immediate treatment the doctors declared him as brought dead.
