2 Killed After A Massive Fire Breaks out at Delhi

Guwahati: A large fire broke out in a footwear factory, leaving two people dead and many more being taken to a hospital in New Delhi’s Narela.

Unknown identities have been revealed for two people who died in their 30s to 35s.

The Delhi Police reports that 10 fire tenders arrived at the scene after receiving word of the incident at E-909, an industrial sector of Narela, at around 9.35 am. According to ANI, the fire has been put out and two to three persons may have been trapped inside.

They added that all of the injured people had been taken to a hospital and were now in a stable condition.

The authorities believe that there may be a few more people trapped inside the smoke.

The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.

Details on the matter are awaited.
