COVID-19 situation is worsening day by day in Assam as the state is reporting rapid positive cases and also COVID deaths. On Thursday two more COVID-19 Patients have died in Assam. Writting about this in twitter Assam Health Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma wrote, “Very sad to inform that 2 more COVID19 + Patients Sri Prosnna Kumar Haloi (70) of Beltola, Guwahati and Sri Ramsingh Hanse (56) of Karbi Anglong admitted in GMCH Covid ICU succumbed to their critical infections this Morning. Both were on invasive ventilation. My condolences.”
Total cases in Assam has now surged to 14,032 , out of which 5281 are active cases , 22 deaths and 8,726 people have cured.
