Guwahati, 28th July: A 21-year-old woman from Assam, Sneha Nath Choudhary, was brutally stabbed to death in her residence in Delhi’s Dwarka on Saturday evening. The victim, originally from Chhibila Bacchiya in Silchar city, Assam, was found unconscious by police after an emergency call reporting an attempted murder.
Upon arriving at the scene, Delhi Police discovered Sneha lying on the floor and immediately rushed her to the hospital, where she was declared dead on arrival. The accused, known only as Raj, was found at the scene in an injured condition.
According to police reports, Sneha and Raj were acquaintances and had been involved in several disputes recently. On the day of the incident, Raj allegedly went to Sneha’s residence and attacked her with a knife. During the struggle, he sustained an injury to his hand.
Raj has been apprehended and is currently in police custody. Authorities are investigating the motive behind the attack and are seeking further details about the relationship and disputes between the two individuals.
