Prime Minster Narendra Modi today hoisted the National Flag in the iconic Red fort were he also announced that 3 Coronavirus vaccines are at different stages of trials in the country and also assured that the government of India will go all and out to distribute the most needed vaccine to each and every Indian at very low cost.
PM Modi in his speech said that “In India 3 vaccines are in different stages of trial and when scientists give the go-ahead, we are ready with a plan for production. How the vaccine will reach every Indian in the least amount of time – we have a roadmap ready for vaccine distribution,”
India is also among the race to produce a vaccine, Indian companies like Bharat Biotech International, an unlisted vaccine maker have received regulatory approval to start human clinical trials from the Indian Council of Medical Research, on the other hand Zydus Cadila and Serum Institute of India are also testing vaccines.
