Guwahati: In a continuous drive against cattle smugglers, Assam Police once again seized 32 cattle heads from four trucks in Sivasagar district on Thursday night.
At least seven cattle smugglers were arrested in connection to the seizure.
According to sources, the four trucks with cattle heads were en route Nagaon from Silapathar when the police intercepted.
It is learned that despite the police spotted another truck with cattle, it was able to flee the area.
