48 INC and NPP Members Join BJP in Arunachal Pradesh

Northeast Desk, 19th October: In a significant development, 48 members from the Indian National Congress (INC) and the National People’s Party (NPP) joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in a mass joining event at Tapioso, located under Sangdupota circle in Papum Pare district, Arunachal Pradesh. This event took place in the presence of the local 14th Doimukh BJP MLA, Tana Hali Tara.

Tapioso is a remote area with limited road access, and the local MLA embarked on a whirlwind tour to encourage citizens to join the BJP. During the tour, MLA Hali interacted with residents and highlighted the importance of improved road connectivity. He informed the gathering about upcoming road projects in the Tapioso circle and discussed the challenges faced by the region.

The MLA emphasized that substantial funds had been allocated in the past, but progress on road infrastructure was lacking. He pledged to initiate road construction and bridge projects, aiming to boost development in the area, which also borders the Pakke Kesang district.
