Guwahati: An earthquake of a magnitude of 5.7 occurred near Arunachal Pradesh on Thursday morning. The tremors felt in Guwahati and other parts of Assam as well.
The earthquake reportedly occurred around 10.31 AM.
This occurs one day after a 6.3-magnitude earthquake with at least six fatalities and destroying many homes in Doti, Nepal. Numerous people were startled out of their sleep by the earthquake, which caused tremors to ripple across sections of the country and North India.
