Assam: Tiranga Yatra Held in Biswanath to Honor Soldiers and Showcase National Unity

Guwahati: A massive Tiranga Yatra was organized in Assam’s Biswanath to express solidarity with the unity, integrity, and sovereignty of the country.

The march was held to honor the soldiers who have sacrificed their lives to protect the motherland. Thousands of people from various communities and religions participated in the march, despite adverse weather conditions.

The march began at the Dharmashala of Biswanath and proceeded through the town to Clock Tower. Many former soldiers participated in the march, holding tricolor flags and chanting patriotic slogans. The atmosphere was filled with the spirit of nationalism, with participants singing patriotic songs and chanting “Victory to Mother India.”

The march was attended by notable dignitaries, including Ranjit Dutta, MP from Sonitpur, and MLAs from Biswanath, Bihali, and Gohpur – Pramod Buragohain, Diganta Ghatowal, and Utpal Borah. Their presence added to the significance of the event, which aimed to showcase national unity and solidarity.

The Tiranga Yatra was a powerful display of national unity and strength, with participants coming together to honor the sacrifices of soldiers who have protected the country.

The event served as a reminder of the importance of national integrity and sovereignty, and the need for citizens to stand together in support of their country.
