Arunachal’s Youth Lauded for Stellar Achievements at Namsai Event
Namsai, Arunachal Pradesh: The future of Arunachal Pradesh shone brightly at the 3rd Annual Felicitation Programme organised by the All Tai Khamti Singpho Students’ Union (ATKSSU) in Namsai. Deputy Chief Minister, Shri Chowna Mein, graced the occasion at the Multi-Purpose Cultural Hall, expressing immense pride in the remarkable accomplishments of young individuals from the Tai Khamti and Singpho communities.
The event was a vibrant testament to the talent burgeoning within the state, as it celebrated exceptional achievements across academics, sports, culture, and social work. Gold medallists, toppers from both State and CBSE board examinations, and trailblazers in film, fashion, and various sporting disciplines were honoured, their dedication serving as an inspiration to all.
Addressing the enthusiastic gathering, Deputy Chief Minister Mein underscored the significance of these successes, stating that they not only brought honour to individual families but also amplified the recognition of the entire community. He emphasised the critical role of hard work and sincerity in shaping a brighter tomorrow, urging the youth to remain unwavering in their focus and discipline. Shri Mein also reiterated the Arunachal Pradesh government’s firm commitment to ensuring transparent and merit-based recruitment through the APSSB, promising a fair pathway for aspiring youngsters.
The Deputy Chief Minister extended his commendation to the dynamic leadership of ATKSSU President, Shri Branglin Injo, and General Secretary, Shri Chau Suphita Manjeykhun, acknowledging their proactive efforts in empowering the youth and contributing to overall community upliftment. The programme witnessed a significant presence of dignitaries including ZPC Nang Urmila Mancheykhun, Deputy Commissioner Shri C.R. Khampa, Superintendent of Police Shri Sange Thinley, ADC Chongkham Shri K. Tikhak, and ZPM Chau Jenia Namchoom, alongside representatives from various community organisations such as TKSC, SDS, and TKDS.
