Delhi Police has arrested a burqa-clad woman. she calls herself a gangster’s sister, for opening fire at shutter of a closed shop in Chauhan Bangar following a heated argument with its owner. the incident took place on November 18, it shows her firing from a pistol and abusing the shop owner. Police have identified the woman as Nusrat.
