Veteran Bollywood star Jeetendra along with his daughter Ekta Kapoor will be seen on Indian Idol 12 this weekend. It will be an exciting night for Indian Idol 12 contestants as the father-daughter duo will be seen motivating them.
Indian Idol 12 participants will be dressed in white, as a tribute to Jeetendra, who was often seen in white in his films. Also for the show, Jeetendra was dressed in white while Ekta wore a green and white floral print dress. Along with him, TV czarina Ekta Kapoor will be seen sharing quality time with the contestants and judges. Host Aditya Narayan, who is known for his quirks, will try to get them to reveal some unknown facts and anecdotes.
This is not the first time a Bollywood veteran has visited the sets of Indian Idol 12. Last week Hema Malini was on the show and was seen dancing to the song Dream Girl. Before that Dharmendra and Asha Parekh graced the sets of the singing reality show.
Earlier, there were rumours that Indian Idol 12 is going off-air and Super Dancer Chapter 4 will replace it on weekends at 8 pm. However, Himesh Reshammiya quashed the rumours and said that the show will be shifted to a new time. From March 27, Indian Idol 12 will be aired at 9.30 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
