Guwahati: After the Assam-Mizoram border clashes took place, Trinamool Congress has claimed that all eyes are on Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
TMC leader and MP, Derek O’Brien in a tweet wrote, “All eyes on the Home Minister, who was in the North-east a few days ago. His incompetence being exposed one day at a time.”
It may be mentioned that this tweet came after the violence that took place on the Assam-Mizoram border. The clashes resulted in the death of at least six Assam Police personnel with more than 60 persons including Cachar’s Superintendent of Police being injured.
As of now, the border dispute is under control and no new fresh cases have been reported but the round the clock security measures are on.
