Assam CM: Schools may reopen from Feb 15
Guwahati: Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma announced on Monday (January 31) that the state administration is planning to resume all courses of schools on February 15th.
CM Sarma told the media in Dhemaji that the COVID-19 situation in the state is being continuously monitored, and that with positive instances declining in recent days, we are hopeful of resuming schools for all classes on February 15.
Offline classes for students up to Class 8 are currently closed across the state, while offline sessions for students in grades 9 through 12 are held on alternate days.
