Leopard captured from Sishugram Red Cross Society near IIT Guwahati
Guwahati: A leopard captured from Sishugram Red Cross society near IIT Guwahati by forest department officials on Thursday.
Assam Forest Minister Parimal Suklabaidya said that the leopard will be released in its safe habitat after observation.
Sharing the news on Twitter, North Kamrup Forest Division (NKF) wrote, “A leopard was captured today at Sishugram Red Cross society near IIT Guwahati, Amingaon by Forest officials of Sila Range, @NKFDivision. It will be released in its safe habitat after observation.”

However, no injuries were reported during the operation.
