Guwahati: Two suspected militants from the banned outfit United Kuki National Army (UKNA) were arrested in Churachandpur district of Manipur.
Based on specific input, police officials launched a search operation in Tuibong area and nabbed the duo, Superintendent of Police Shivanand Surve said.
According to reports, a car was also seized from their possession.
Meanwhile, a case was registered against the duo with Churachandpur Police Station
However, the identity of the arrested accused is yet to be ascertained by the police officials.
Further investigation was underway.
