Guwahati: Two people has been arrested and Ganja has been seized from their possession at the Kamakhya Railway Station in Guwahati on Saturday.
The two ganja smugglers identified as Anuwar Hussain and Imam Hussain.
Based on specific input, the ganja was seized by the Government Railway Police (GRP).
The police claim that the recovered marijuana was trafficked by train from Tripura to Bihar.
The recovered ganja weight about 14 kgs.
It should be noted that the duo was previously detained in connection with ganja smuggling.
Meanwhile, further investigation is underway in connection to the case.
