Guwahati: The district administration of Golaghat has imposed section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC) due to the rising of swine flu in the state on Saturday.
As per reports, the pork has been banned in the entire district by the administration.
Under the section 144 the pork has been banned in the state.
Meantime, till August 22 the orders will be in place in a bid to curb the rising swine flu cases.
According to order, the violation of the order will be punishable and strict actions will be taken against them if in case someone doesn’t follow the guidelines.
