Guwahati: In a tragic incident, an elderly man was killed while 4 others were injured after being hit by a vehicle belonging to the Border Security Force (BSF) in Dhubri district of Assam.
The incident reportedly took place at Kanuri area in Golakganj of the district.
The deceased has been identified as Golapjan Behua.
In the incident, one died on the spot and the other four injured were immediately shifted to a nearby hospital for better treatment. Their identities are yet to be ascertained.
Meanwhile, local police reached the spot and took stock of the situation.
