Guwahati: Traffic disrupted in the district of Singham town in Gangtok due to a landslide on Saturday.
According to the India Meteorological Department, Sikkim had predicted, heavy rainfall, thunderstorm and lightning over Sub-Himalayan regions of the state.
In a tweet posted on Friday, it stated that very widespread rainfall with isolated heavy rains and thunderstorm/lightening is quite possible over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh on 5th August.
