Guwahati: In an unfortunate incident, a youth was killed after being hit by a truck in Guwahati city of Assam on Sunday.
The incident took place at Serabhati of the city.
According to reports, the accident occurred after the youth who was on a two-wheeler collided with a speeding truck at Serabhati.
The speeding truck lost control and hit the bike. The youth on the bike died on the spot.
However, the driver and others in the truck have not sustained any injuries.
Local residents shifted the deceased’s body to the Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) for a post-mortem report shortly after the incident.
