Assam CM to Launch 1000 Virtual Anganwadi Centres
Guwahati: Chief Minister of Assam Himanta Biswa Sarma will effectively initiate 1000 anganwadi centres, on Sunday.
The chief minister will open the centres during a public rally at RB High School in Palasbari of Kamrup district.
The anganwadi centres will be opened in a total of 126 constituencies across the state.
Assam cabinet minister Chandra Mohan Patowary, state BJP president Bhabesh Kalita, MP Queen Oja, Palasbari MLA Hemanga Thakuriya, and others will be present in the event.
However, CM Sarma opened an anganwadi centre in Koitasidhi of Palasbari earlier.
