Guwahati: In yet another targeted killing in Jammu and Kashmir, unidentified militants shot and killed a Kashmiri Hindu in Chotipora area of Shopian in South Kashmir.
As per reports, the attack took place at an apple orchard in which a person was severely injured.
Reportedly, the terrorist open fired in the orchard while the labours were working there.
Moreover, the Kashmir Zone Police informed that the attackers were members of the Hindu community.
The Kashmir Zone Police tweeted, “Terrorists fired upon civilians in an apple orchard in Chotipora area of Shopian. One person died and one injured. Both belong to minority community. Injured person has been shifted to hospital. Area cordoned off. Further details shall follow”.
