Guwahati: At least three people were injured a road accident that occurred in Guwahati on Tuesday.
As per reports, three individuals were injured when a speeding car struck a motorcycle, which then crashed into a cart selling sugarcane juice.
Reportedly, the incident occurred in Kalipur area of Guwahati, close to Bharalumukh.
The car reportedly was a Renault, while the two-wheeler was a Hero Super Splendor.
The motorcycle’s licence plate was AS 28 6435, whereas the automobile that caused the collision had plates reading AS 01 DJ 6866.
Meanwhile, the injured were immediately rushed to the Sanjivani Hospital in Maligaon by the onlookers. They are currently being under treatment.
Reportedly, both of the trucks were travelling from Bharalumukh to Jalukbari. Later, Police arrived to the spot and have started an investigation.
However, they have also seized both automobiles.
