Guwahati: Another suspected Jihadi has been arrested by Assam Police from Bongaigaon district on Friday.
The suspected jihadi has been identified as Hafizur Rahman, is a resident of Goalpara.
According to reports, Rahman is alleged to have links with the Al-Qaeda in Indian Subcontinent (AQIS) and Ansarullah Bangla Team (ABT).
Reportedly, Rahman was employed as a teacher in a madrassa.
It needs to mentioned that several persons were detained in a major crackdown in Assam for their alleged links with the global terror outfits including AQIS and ABT.
