Former Top ULFA-I Leader Jibon Moran No More
Guwahati: A former prominent member of the outlawed terrorist group United Liberation Front of Assam-Independent (ULFA-I), Jibon Moran died on Saturday.
According to reports, Moran had a terrible medical condition. He has been receiving treatment at the Apollo Hospital in Guwahati for the same condition for the past month.
He passed away on Saturday night at the hospital.
It should be noted that Moran made a comeback to popular culture in 2017.
Moran, who goes by the name Jibon Asom, retired from ULFA-I due to health reasons after 35 years of service.
One of the founding members of the banned group ULFA (I), Moran travelled to Kachin, Myanmar, for training in 1984.
