BJP To Celebrate PM Narendra Modi’s Birthday As Seva Pakhwara

Guwahati: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will observe Seva Pakhwara, or “service fortnight,” in honour of Prime Minister Narendra Modi for 16 days beginning on September 17.

The party’s national president JP Nadda has made considerable preparations for the event and has urged all party members and leaders to observe it as “Seva Pakhwara” throughout India.

Seva Pakhwara will be celebrated from September 17 to October 2 and various programmes will be organised during these 16 days.

The programmes will include tree-planting drives, cleanliness campaigns, blood drives, free check-up clinics, and district-level exhibitions on Prime Minister Modi, among other things.

The party is also devising a plan to publicise the book “Modi @20 Sapne Hue Sakaar” in the meantime.

It should be mentioned that the party intends to implement a year-long programme to eradicate tuberculosis (TB) in India. According to this, each person will adopt a TB sufferer and care for him or her for a year.

The national president of the BJP has also commanded all leaders and supporters to post images of the events on the NaMo App.

He also advised them to host events honouring “Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat” and “Unity in Diversity.”

On the anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi’s birth, a special programme will also be performed, and as part of it, a conversation about the use of Khadi and the values of the nation’s father will be held.
