Guwahati: In a tragic incident, an official of Oil India Limited (OIL) was recovered dead under mysterious circumstances inside his residence in Duliajan of Assam’s Dibrugarh on Tuesday.
The person has been identified as the technical audit officer Bhaskar Bora.
The front door was locked from the outside when the police and OIL officials arrived at Bora’s home
The body has been taken to the Assam Medical College and Hospital (AMCH) for post-mortem report.
The reason for the untimely death of the official has not been known as of now.
A police investigation into the incident is now being conducted.
