Guwahati: A teacher from Raha in Assam’s Nagaon district vanished from his home on Saturday.
The missing person has been identified as Tapas Jyoti Medhi.
He has not been seen since Saturday night, according to a police report filed at the Raha Police Station by Medhi’s wife.
He vanished while driving from his home in Raha’s Phulguri neighbourhood near Nagaon.
His car bears registration number AS-02-J-7103.
In the FIR, Mousumi Saikia, the wife of Medhis, requests that the police find her husband as quickly as possible.
The police have started search efforts in the interim to find the missing person.
