Guwahati: At least four terrorists have been killed by the security forces in two separate encounter in Shopian district of Jammu & Kashmir.
Three of the four terrorists had ties to the terrorist organisation Jaish-e-Mohammed, and the fourth had ties to Lashkar-e-Taiba, according to a message from the Kashmir police’s Twitter account, which cited the assistant director general of police.
Two of the three Jaish terrorists slain in the gunfight in Shopian’s Drach have been identified as Hanan Bin Yaqoob and Jamshed, who recently killed a Special Police Officer and a labourer in Pulwama.
