Guwahati: In a horrific incident, an employee of Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) committed suicide on hospital grounds on Thursday.
The deceased has been identified as Papu Das.
According to reports, Das killed himself by injecting toxic medications into his body.
The employee took this action as a result of a disagreement he had with a senior officer.
Papu began working as an ICU technician at the hospital three weeks ago.
