PM Modi in Mann Ki Baat: India Doing Wonders in Space Sector

Guwahati: Highlighting the nation’s achievements in science and technology India is making great strides in the solar and space industries, Prime Minister Narendra Modi noted in his monthly radio address “Mann Ki Baat”.

On the 94th episode of Mann Ki Baat, Prime Minister Modi gave a speech to the nation “Our nation is making great strides in both the solar and space industries. Just one day before Diwali India simultaneously launched 36 satellites into orbit. With this inauguration digital connection would be significantly improved throughout the entire country from Kashmir to Kanyakumari and from Kutch to Kohima.”

He asserted that the satellite launch will make it easier to connect the nation’s most isolated regions to the rest of it.

Modi added that prior to now government systems in India were solely responsible for the space industry. Since the industry was made accessible to India’s youth and radical changes have begun to occur there. According to him, new technologies and developments are being introduced in this arena by Indian start-ups and enterprises.

The involvement of IN-SPACe, according to the prime minister will significantly improve this situation. Additionally, IN-SPACe is providing the capability for non-government organisations to launch their payloads and satellites.

According to Prime Minister Modi, the entire world is looking at solar energy as the future.

He claimed that everyone in the globe is looking forward to the future of solar energy. The Sun God has been the centre of worship for India for many years, as well as our way of life.

The Prime Minister expressed his best wishes for Chhath Puja and noted that it is a wonderful illustration of “Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat.”

“The festival of Chhath is also an example of Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat. Today, wherever the people of Bihar and Purvanchal are in any corner of the country, Chhath is being celebrated with great pomp,” he said.
