Guwahati: A massive fire broke out at Lahorijan on the Assam-Nagaland border in Bokajan. The fire that started on Wednesday afternoon destroyed over 200 houses.
According to reports, several cylinders were ruptured in the fire.
Several fire tenders made an effort to put out the flame when they arrived.
Initial reports stated that a short circuit caused the incident.
In addition, two four-wheelers and three motorcycles were destroyed by fire.
