Foods That Can Control Sugar Levels

Chia seeds contain a caffeine acid called myricetin which is considered effective in fighting the risk of diabetes. Chia seeds contain many nutrients as well as anti-oxidant properties. These are considered good for controlling many diseases including diabetes.

Eggplant acts as a medicine for health. Eggplant is rich in magnesium, iron and fibre. These green vegetables are helpful in controlling diabetes due to the presence of these ingredients. In such cases, diabetics one can include eggplant in their diet.
