The Office of the Director of Higher Education has provided a timeline for this round of admissions, extending from September 11 to September 17. Educational institutions offering undergraduate programs in Assam are required to adhere strictly to the provided timeline.
Here’s the timeline:
- September 11: Date for cancellation of admission for students who have informed institutions about admission to other institutions through CUET or other selection methods.
- September 12-14: Dates for submitting applications to the Assam Higher Education Admission Portal.
- September 13-15: Spot admissions (offline) will be considered based on seat availability.
- September 11-15: Updating of Fee Waiver Details in the portal.
- September 16-17: Final modification, correction, and updating of discrepancies in admissions, if any, can be made in the portal.
This round of admissions ensures that eligible students have the opportunity to secure their places in four-year undergraduate degree programs in Assam’s higher education institutions.
