Assam: Fire Guts 4 Houses In Dhubri

Guwahati, 25th October: A massive fire broke out at Tarangajhar in Fakirganj in Dhubri district of Assam on October 24.

As per sources of MyNewsNE, the fire engulfed the residences of Abed Ali, Ajaynal Abedin, Sadek Ali, and Shamsul Haque in Tarangajhar village.

The houses of these four families were completely destroyed in the fire, resulting in the loss of Rs 4.5 lakh in cash.

Moreover, all the documents and self-produced agricultural products stored in the houses were also consumed by the flames.

Around Rs 35 lakh worth of cash was gutted in the fire.

The affected families are currently left homeless, forced to stay out in the open.

Local residents are appealing for government assistance to aid these helpless families.

Fortunately, no injury or casualty was reported in the incident.
