National Desk, 25th October: A harrowing and deeply unsettling incident has shaken Rajasthan, where a man lost his life in the most brutal and tragic manner, crushed to death by a tractor driven back and forth multiple times. This heart-wrenching event unfolded in Bharatpur, Rajasthan, and is a result of an ongoing land dispute between two families, the Bahadur Gurjar and Atar Singh Gurjar families.
The distressing incident occurred when both families came face to face on a fateful Wednesday morning, and what began as a verbal altercation soon escalated into a violent confrontation. Stones and sticks were wielded by both parties as the situation rapidly deteriorated.
Amidst the chaos and clashes, Atar Singh Gurjar’s son, Nirpat Gurjar, tragically fell to the ground. In a shocking and gruesome act, an acquaintance of the Bahadur Gurjar family repeatedly drove a tractor over Nirpat Gurjar, ultimately causing his immediate death. After committing this horrific act, the accused family swiftly fled the scene, leaving behind a scene of profound sorrow and grief.
The violent altercation between the two families resulted in injuries to ten individuals, who are currently receiving medical treatment at a local hospital.
Rajasthan Police took to the social media platform “X” to address this heinous incident, stating, “There was a fight between two parties regarding the road in Adda village of Sadar police station area of Bayana. Meanwhile, a person, Narpat Singh, was murdered by being run over by a tractor. The video of the incident has gone viral, and information has come to light that the accused of the murder is the brother of the deceased. Police have secured the scene, and an investigation is currently underway.”
This heart-wrenching incident serves as a stark reminder of the need for peaceful conflict resolution and the devastating consequences of violence within families and communities.
