Guwahati, 28th October: The worsening road conditions in Halangapara, near Nagarbera in Assam’s Kamrup have once again highlighted the development challenges faced under the ruling BJP government, leaving patients and expectant mothers in the area in a dire predicament.

The heart-wrenching sight of patients being transported on these carts has become all too common, illustrating the dire state of the roads.

In an unfortunate incident occurred on October 28, a 35-year-old patient named Moinul Haque from Halangapara, had to endure a cart journey to reach the Nagarbera Block Primary Health Centre.
