Papum Pare District Launches ‘Seva Aapke Dwar 2.0’ to Provide Government Services at Doorsteps
Northeast Desk, 2nd November: The Papum Pare district launched the first ‘Seva Apke Dwar 2.0’ program in Doimukh on November 2. This initiative is aimed at ensuring that every eligible beneficiary receives the benefits of government schemes at their doorstep, with the goal of eliminating any backlog in queues by 2023.
Previously known as “Sarkar Aapke Dwar,” it has been renamed as “Seva Aapke Dwar” with the motto “Government at your doorstep.” During this event, various government departments set up stalls to provide services to the citizens, including Agriculture, Horticulture, ICDS, Legal Metrology, Education, Trade and Commerce, and more. Trading licenses and important documents were issued on the spot after verifying the submitted documents.
MLA Hali distributed tractor keys and certificates to beneficiaries of Atma Nirbhar agricultural schemes. He also handed over laptops to meritorious students from Papum Pare district. The program’s primary objective is to ensure that every eligible beneficiary can access government scheme benefits at their doorstep and that no one is left waiting in queues by 2023.
The broader goal of “Seva Apke Dwar 2.0” is to provide information and services to citizens and enhance the ease of living in a self-reliant Arunachal Pradesh. This second edition of the program, initiated by Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu, is now called ‘Seva Aapke Dwar 2.0.’
