Assam’s Cotton University Vice-Chancellor Named Among World’s Top Scientists

Guwahati, 4th November: Prof. Ramesh Chandra Deka, the Vice-Chancellor of Assam’s Cotton University, has achieved international recognition by earning a place on Elsevier’s prestigious list of the World’s Top 2% Scientists.
