Northeast Desk, 8th November: Sushanta Chowdhury, the Transport and Tourism Minister of Tripura on Wednesday, took the initiative to write a letter to Union Home Minister Amit Shah, requesting the expedited process of designating MBB Airport as an Immigration Check Post and officially declaring it an International Airport.

In his letter, Sushanta emphasized the pressing need for the commencement of long-anticipated flight operations between Agartala and Chittagong.
