Guwahati, 9th November: In a recent development, Goalpara MLA Aftab Uddin Mollah, apprehended for his inflammatory remarks against Hindu priests and saints, presented himself before the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Court on November 9.
The arrest, stemming from communal comments made on Tuesday night, led to Mollah’s one-day remand in police custody.
