Assam: Nalbari NCC Camp Grooms 578 Cadets for Future Challenges

Guwahati, 11th November: A transformative experience unfolds for 578 NCC cadets hailing from 15 colleges and 22 schools across Assam, converging for a 10-day camp concluding on November 20. The NCC capsule camp, orchestrated by the 1st battalion NCC at JNV Nalbari’s school campus in Assam, is steered by the NCC group headquarters in Guwahati.

Located at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Nalbari, Banekuchi, the camp draws in 318 boys and 260 girls, aiming to liberate students from conventional classrooms. Nestled in the embrace of lush green nature, the camp fosters outdoor learning experiences complementing their practical syllabus.

The daily routine encompasses classes covering military subjects, cyber security, national integration, and social awareness, broadening the horizons of the cadets. Complementing the academic agenda, guest lecturers offer insights into personality development, motivational talks, disaster management, and NeDFi, enriching the youths’ knowledge base.

Every event within the camp contributes significantly to enhancing the physical and mental capacities of the students, turning the learning process into a more comprehensive and fruitful endeavor.
