PM Modi Upholds Diwali Tradition, Celebrates with Soldiers in Lepcha, Himachal Pradesh

National Desk, 12th November: In adherence to his annual tradition, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has arrived in Lepcha, Himachal Pradesh, adjacent to the Chinese border, to mark Diwali with the soldiers.

On Sunday morning, PM Modi shared on X, “Reached Lepcha in Himachal Pradesh to celebrate Diwali with our brave security forces.” Earlier in the day, he extended Diwali wishes for “joy, prosperity, and wonderful health” to the nation.

Prime Minister Modi has consistently celebrated Diwali with the armed forces since assuming office in 2014, emphasizing his commitment by venturing to remote locations to express gratitude for their sacrifices.

Last year, he commemorated the festival with soldiers in Kargil, Jammu and Kashmir.
