Tripura: Pradyot Debbarma Initiates Scholarship Program for Civil Service Aspirants
Northeast Desk, 23rd December: Maharaja Pradyot Kishore Manikya Debbarma, the Royal Scion and former Chairman of TIPRA Motha, has launched the ‘Maharaja Kirit Bikram Manikya Scholarship Programme.’ This initiative aims to support talented civil service aspirants from Tripura in overcoming financial barriers to pursue their dreams.
In a video message, Pradyot announced that the financial support for the program would come entirely from his end. The scholarship is dedicated to his late father, Maharaj Kirit Bikram Manikya Debbarma.
Pradyot stated, “This scholarship program is for those who have talent and potential but face financial constraints. It is for individuals aspiring to become IAS, IPS, or serve in the Tripura Civil Service but lack the necessary financial resources.”
He emphasized the importance of contributing to society beyond politics and expressed his hope that the scholarship would empower the youth to make significant contributions in the fields of administration and governance.
Through the program, Pradyot aims to provide financial assistance and mentorship to selected candidates, utilizing his own funds for the initiative.
