Guwahati, 24th December: Forest officials at the Roumari camp in Orang National Park made a grim recovery as they stumbled upon the carcass of a rhino, suspected to have fallen victim to a tiger attack.
The recovery of the rhino carcass occurred during routine patrolling by vigilant forest guards near the Roumari camp on December 24.
Immediate action was taken by the forest officials who transported the deceased rhino for post-mortem examination, seeking insights into the circumstances surrounding its demise.
